Hello – I’m Poppy! My brother and I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control. We went immediately to a foster home, and we have been growing and thriving there ever since. Now, it is time for us to find families of our very own, so – if you are looking to add kitten love to your home, plan to meet me soon!
• OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: I get along great with my sibling, as well as the other cats who live in my foster home, so I may enjoy another kitty in my new home. If you have a nice kitty at home who may enjoy a kitten friend, let’s meet! / The dogs in my foster home don’t faze me, so – if you have a kitty-friendly dog, we can probably be pals or co-exist together. / I’ve enjoyed the company of the kids I’ve met while in my foster home. Children in my new home may be nice, since I am a playful kitten. Best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitten, and – of course, let’s meet!
• PERSONALITY INFORMATION: I started out very snuggly and cautious in my foster home. We were quarantined for a period of time when we first arrived in our foster home, so we were not handled very much. We are making up for lost time though, and are loving, friendly and confident around people. I am now quite playful and independent – ready to be a wonderful addition to a lucky family!
• SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained.
• LIKES/DISLIKES: Our favorite pastime? PLAYING! We both love to play with people and kitty toys alike. I also enjoy exploring my surroundings and discovering new places to play, and nap. / I can’t think of any dislikes since I am a kitten, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve!
• MEDICAL: I’ve started my kitten shots, but you must finish those for me as I grow. I am microchipped. I'm not yet spayed due to my small size, but it is required and will be done as soon as I grow a little more. Mostly Mutts will cover that cost with one of their approved vets in the North Metro Atlanta area, so local adoptions only.
