Hello, I’m Shell – momma to the Salt Life themed kittens! I came to Mostly Mutts VERY pregnant and had my babies shortly after arrival. Thankfully, I had a wonderful foster home where I could raise them, and now I can put my mothering days behind me for good. My babies are now either adopted or available for adoption, and the time has come for me to find my furever family, as well. I hope to meet them soon!
• OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: I’ve not met other kitties while in my current foster home, but I was a great Momma to my kittens ! I may enjoy another kitty in my home, so if you have a nice kitty at home already, let’s meet! / I’ve been quite aggressive towards the dog in my foster home, so I may not be happy living with a dog, unless they are kitty-friendly and give me my space. Time and careful introductions would be needed. / Children in my new home may be nice, but best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitty, and – of course, let’s meet!
• PERSONALITY INFORMATION: My foster describes me as ‘the sweetest kitty’ – and I bet you will agree! I’m super affectionate and will be vocal to get your attention with the cutest little chirps. It didn’t take me long to get cuddly with my foster mom shortly after we met, so I qualify as a lap kitty.
• SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained.
• LIKES/DISLIKES: I very much enjoy being near my people, and you could say my favorite activity is getting attention. I enjoy that more than any kitty toys! Make a spot for me within snuggle distance, and I will be a happy girl! / Except for not being a big fan of dogs, I can’t think of any dislikes, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve!
• MEDICAL: I'm current on my annual vaccinations, micro-chipped, combo tested negative and spayed.
