Hi there, I’m Chad! I found myself at animal control quite sick and in need of gaining a lot of weight, so they started my care and Mostly Mutts has finished it! I’m well now, feeling and looking great and I’ve gained the weight I needed to gain. I’m ready to meet my new family! I’m currently in the prison/foster training program off site and learning a lot! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met some other dogs at Mostly Mutts, and liked them, so if you have a dog at home already, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over.
• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: The volunteers describe me as friendly, sweet, playful, active, and adorable! I have super cute facial expressions and seem to be a thinker – so cute. I was trusting of the Mostly Mutts bather as she took good care of me while getting me clean and fresh. / My energy level is 6- 8, so I’ll want to be active with my new family.
• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm enrolled in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘come’, ‘down’ and ‘leave it’ commands and I look forward to learning more. I’m working on my leash manners now as I get super excited when it’s my turn to go for walks. / I’m doing well in my crate at Mostly Mutts. / I’m having accidents on the Mostly Mutts shelter schedule, so I’ll need my new family to finish potty training me.
• LIKES/DISLIKES: I love playing with toys, being active and spending time with the nice volunteers and I’m sure I’ll love spending time with my new family too. / I can’t think of any dislikes, other than not getting enough exercise with my family and I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, and training.
• MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered.
