Hello, I’m Floyd! Mostly Mutts rescued me from animal control, and I am super happy to be part of their program, as I know my family is out there, and we will certainly find each other with Mostly Mutts’ help! I got to spend some time in the prison/foster training program where I had a great time and learned a lot, too!
• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I recently met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them. I am a submissive dog, though playful with other dogs, so – if you have a nice doggie at home already, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I recently met kids (age 10+) at Mostly Mutts and liked them, so if you have kids around that age, let’s meet! Best no toddlers or small children though that I may bump over, as I tend to be jumpy when I play.
• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I am a friendly and active guy with a fun personality and the CUTEST ears! You can see my exuberant spirit in my wiggly, happy demeanor. I’m a people dog and jump with excitement when they come around. I’m ready to bring lots of joy to my new family! / My energy level is 5-7.
• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I am a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I am learning lots of great doggie commands with my trainer. I am well on my way to the front of the class, as I have already mastered the ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘stay’, ‘come’ and ‘leave it’ commands. I also accept nice strangers without jumping and use proper door etiquette. Check back soon the see what else I have learned. / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts. / My potty habits have been good on the shelter schedule. In the prison/foster training program, I would signal that I had to go outside by whining and going to the door.
• LIKES/DISLIKES: I like toys and enjoy being active, so I look forward to lots of fun play sessions with you. I also enjoy soaking up all the sweet cuddles that come my way. Pup-Peroni is my favorite treat and sure make my training sessions yummy! / I can’t think of any dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training.
• MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered.
