BALLROOM THEMED KITTEN: 2 months / small

Hi, my name is Ginger! My brother and I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control. We went straight to a great foster home, where we learned what it was like to be in a loving home. Now, with Mostly Mutts help, I am ready to find one of those for my very own!

• OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: I get along very well with my brother Fred! I may enjoy another kitty in my home, so if you have a nice kitty at home already, let’s meet / Dogs Unknown / Older children in my new home may be nice, since I am a playful but shy kitten, and would do best with kids old enough to be patient and calm with me while I adjust to my new home. Also, best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitten, and – of course, let’s meet!

• PERSONALITY INFORMATION: I was pretty scared and very hand shy when I first arrived in my foster home. However, with the love and patience of my foster mom, I’ve come a long way. I still startle easily, but I’m making great progress. Once I relaxed and let my foster mom pet me, I immediately started purring. I’ve now gotten comfortable with being picked up and getting kisses…but not for super long. As I get more and more comfortable with the attention, my foster mom feels I will possibly be a lap kitty. Right now, I am content to nap right next to you. Playful and lovable, I am sure to bring lots of joy to my new family!

• SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained.

• LIKES/DISLIKES: I love to play with the ball toy that goes around in a circle on a track. I also enjoy chasing the feather wand. I am also becoming more and more open to affection from my people / Now that I am pretty much over my hand shyness, I can’t think of any dislikes since I am a kitten, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve!

• MEDICAL: I’ve started my kitten shots, but you must finish those for me as I grow. I’m microchipped and combo tested negative. I'm not yet spayed due to my small size, but it is required and will be done as soon as I grow a little more. Mostly Mutts will cover that cost with their vet in Kennesaw, Ga, so local adoptions only. You can adopt me through the Mostly Mutts shelter after you have an approved application.

I am looking for a loving family and a calm home where I will be a cherished fur baby! My adoption fee is $175.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
