Tater

Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
Status: Adoptable

THANKSGIVING THEMED KITTEN: 2 months old / small

Hello, my name is Tater! My siblings and I had a home, but there were simply too many animals in the home for us to be properly cared for, so Mostly Mutts is helping us find homes where we can be cherished family members. I have been battling a really bad eye infection, but I have been taking my medicine and warm eye compresses like a champ and improving every day.

• OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: I get along very well with my siblings – we play together – a lot! I may enjoy another kitty in my home, so if you have a nice kitty at home already, let’s meet / Dogs Unknown / I love the kids in my foster home, so children in my new home may be nice, but best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitten, and – of course, let’s meet!

• PERSONALITY INFORMATION: My foster describes me as a total sweetheart – affectionate and loving. I am active and playful and – as my foster says – I am ‘all the best things about a kitten’. I am a real lap kitty and will sometimes choose lap time over play time – preferring to perch on my person and watching the action. I am also brave and curious – checking out my surroundings often. My attitude throughout my medical treatment for my infected eye (oral meds and warm compresses) has been that of a champ – never losing my loving nature.

• SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained.

• LIKES/DISLIKES: I absolutely love my people and can’t wait to be a lucky someone’s companion. I have a strong purr to show my appreciation for the snuggles I get. My favorite activities are wrestling and chasing my siblings through the kitty tunnel. I am quite good at both!

• MEDICAL: I’ve started my kitten shots, but you must finish those for me as I grow. I’m microchipped and combo tested negative. I'm not yet neutered due to my small size, but it is required and will be done as soon as I grow a little more. Mostly Mutts will cover that cost with one of their vets, so local adoptions only, please. You can adopt me through the Mostly Mutts shelter after you have an approved application.

I am looking for a great home where I can be a wonderful companion to my people! My adoption fee is $175.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
