ENERGETIC AND READY TO LEARN:   9 months old /Approx. 35 lbs.

Hi, I’m Greer! Somehow, as a young pup, I found myself at animal control. Thankfully, Mostly Mutts knew that was not the place for me & rescued me. I got to participate in the prison foster/training program where I learned so much & had a blast. Now, I am excited to find my furever family!

• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I liked the dogs I met at MM’s & enjoyed my trainer-supervised playdates with them, but I got into a few scuffles over sharing toys. I’m also doing well living with other dogs in my foster home, & I’ve learned to share my toys with them, so with the right rules I may be able to live with other dogs. Let’s meet & discuss it with my trainer/foster dad. / Cats unknown / I met a nice 10-year-old & his younger sister at MM’s & liked them. I was jumpy & a bit mouthy with them as I simply haven’t learned that I should always play gently, so best no very young kids that I may bump over with my enthusiasm & let’s meet!

• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I am an enthusiastic & playful puppy! I’m super sweet & will be a great companion for someone willing to continue my good training. I’ll lean into my trainer which is so cute, & I like hanging out with my people / Energy level: 7-9 (maybe lower if I live with another dog to play/exercise with).

• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts University training program, & I know the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘come’, ‘down’, ‘drop it’, ‘leave it’, & ‘go to your place’ commands, proper door etiquette, loose leash walking, & accepting friendly strangers without jumping. Though I’m currently working on a refresher course for the last two as sometimes I forget my manners when walking on the leash & meeting new friends in my puppy excitement. I also learned some cool tricks for extra credit – back up, spin, catch, wipe your paws, sad puppy (don’t worry I’m just pretending!), & if you tell me “the police are coming” I will come stand between your legs. I can get very overstimulated at the MM facility & when that happens, I forget my manners & chew at my leash & bounce a lot, however in a calmer environment this has not happened at all. / My crate manners are good in my foster home. / My potty manners have been good in my foster home on a very good schedule. Please continue to be consistent with my so I can master my potty skills.

• LIKES/DISLIKES: I like toys, treats, people & I love to run, & play / I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention & training.

• MEDICAL: I'm current on my immunization, micro-chipped & spayed.

I am looking for a family to be dedicated to my training & making me a cherished family member! My adoption fee is $299.00, & I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
