A SWEET LITTLE FELLOW:  7 years old / 7.5 lbs.  Mostly Mutts adoption center is open Mon-Sat. 11-4pm. Some of us are in foster homes so please call 770-272-6888 1st to find out if I’m available to meet during the week. Hi, I’m Hamish! My friend Honor and I are so glad to have been rescued by Mostly Mutts.  We are friends though we don’t need to be adopted together. I am a pleasant little guy who wags my tail a lot just to show you how happy I am. Being with my people is my priority over other dogs or toys, though I don’t desire to be in laps much. I’m content to just be near you. I pretty much ignore the other dog in my foster home, though I did charge the other dog once in my foster home. I think it was for show though as I didn’t do anything to her. So, if you already have a nice doggie, let’s meet to see if we can be pals. I am fairly quiet in my foster home – only barking when I see someone through the glass door. I sleep through the night just fine and have good potty manners on the schedule in my foster home with just a little marking that will likely improve as I’ve now been neutered. Hopefully, that will be the case in my new home, too. Likewise, my leash manners are good, so let’s take some walks together! There is a 10-year-old in my foster home that I love, so gentle kids around that age may be good in my furever home. Best no very young children, since I am a little guy myself, and would not want to be accidently stepped on. I have a little male drama as I can be a bit screechy if you touch me when I don’t expect or am not ready to be touched. Hopefully this will improve as I settle into my new home. I eat with enthusiasm, so – given my size – you will want to watch how much you feed me. My foster mom says that I’m the sweetest little fella and I know you’ll love me too! Energy level: 5-7. I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, neutered, and my adoption fee is $299.00 which also includes an engraved name tag, Martingale collar and leash.
