‘CLASSIC COUNTRY’ THEMED PUPPY:  4 – 5 months old / Currently 28 lbs.
Hi, my name’s Patsy!  My sister Loretta (already adopted) and I found ourselves at animal control in need of a good home.  Thankfully, Mostly Mutts came for us, and now I’m ready to find a home with a great family!
• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I haven’t met other dogs at Mostly Mutts yet, though I got along and played hard with my sister, I seem a bit fearful towards other dogs and have growled at them when we pass each other on walks.  I’ll need socialization with other dogs, so let’s meet and see if we can be good friends.  I should also be fed separately as I did not want to share food with my sister / Cats unknown / I’ve not met kids yet, and I am a mouthy player, so best they be a little older as I would not want to play too roughly or bump over toddlers.
• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I like being with people and receiving affection from them / Energy level: 5-7 so I’d like to be active with my furever family.
• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – including starting to train me not to mouth on you and the kids so we’ll all be happy.  As a new student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, I will be learning lots of great things, including leash manners, as the leash seems new to me.  I already know the commands ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘stay’ and ‘leave it’, so I am off to a great start / As a young, active pup, I wouldn’t want to spend a lot of time in a crate / I am a young pup who hasn’t been potty trained yet, so I’m having accidents on the shelter schedule. I just need training, so please continue to be consistent with me so I can master my potty manners.  When I get excited, I tend to piddle a little, so being calm when I first see you will help with that.
• LIKES/DISLIKES:  I like playing ball with my people and soak up all the attention that comes my way / I can’t think of things I don’t like yet since I’m so young, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention and training.
• MEDICAL:  I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow.  I’m also micro-chipped and spayed.
I am looking for a family dedicated to my continued training and to making me a cherished member of the family!   My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
