JUST THE SWEETEST GAL:  4 years old / 50 lbs.
Hi there!  My name’s Sunshine!  I am a sweet girl who – when rescued by Mostly Mutts – was thought to be pregnant and went straight to my great foster home.  As it turns out, I’m not expecting, so I get to look for my furever home sooner than I thought!
• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I get along very well with the four other dogs in my foster home.  Overall, I am pretty submissive with them, though I do tend to guard my food, so feeding me separately from other dogs is a good idea.  If you have a nice doggie, let’s meet / Cats Unknown / I adore the kids in my foster home, so I would probably love kids in my furever home, though best not toddlers that I may bump over.
• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  My foster mom describes me as one of the sweetest dogs she has ever met.  I may come across as shy at first (particularly with men), but I warm up fast, and you will quickly see why she describes me as so sweet.  I am playful with my foster family, and I look forward to playing with you too / My energy level is 4-6.
• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I’ve been on many walks in my foster home and am well-behaved / My foster family doesn’t crate me, but I sleep well through the night in one of their bedrooms / My potty manners have been excellent in my foster home with no accidents, so hopefully that will be the case in my new home.
• LIKES/DISLIKES:  Despite my size, I love laps and want to be close to my people.  I enjoy frolicking and being silly with my foster family in the back yard – jumping around and wiggling my whole body – so fun!  If not playing, I am content to lay around and take a nice snooze / I can’t think of anything I don’t like, but I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love and attention from my family.
• MEDICAL:  I am heartworm positive, and Mostly Mutts will cover the cost of my heartworm treatment with one of their vets.  I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed.
I am looking for a great family that will cherish me as a loving family member! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
