A SWEET, GENTLE GIRL:  5 years old / 36 lbs.
Hello!  My name is Tulip!  I am grateful that Mostly Mutts came to rescue me at animal control, and I am excited to find my furever home soon!
• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I came in with another dog that I like, and I liked the dogs I met at Mostly Mutts, though I was a little shy around them. I’ve also been friendly with the other dogs in my foster home, though we haven’t played yet, so let’s meet! / Cats unknown / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over.
• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I am a sweet girl who came to Mostly Mutts a bit shy, but with the great care and attention I am receiving, I am beginning to relax and let my loving, gentle side show more each day.  Just give me some time, and I will warm up to you pretty quickly. My foster dad describes me as a snuggly tail-wagger who is very intelligent and well-behaved. / My energy level is currently 3-5, but that may increase once I gain more confidence. My foster dad says I’m not high-energy, but walks are always appreciated!
• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I am a new student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I will be learning lots of great commands with my trainer. My leash manners are already very good, so I am off to a good start.  I listen when my foster dad tells me “No”, and I haven’t chewed up anything that’s not meant to be chewed. I also load nicely into the car, so let’s ride! / I had good crate manners at Mostly Mutts and am comfortable in the crate if you prefer that. I stay in the house or in the enclosed sunroom with the other dogs in my foster home when my foster dad leaves, and at night I sleep in the bedroom with the pack. / I was having a few accidents on the shelter schedule, but I am doing great in my foster home once I settled into a routine and was shown where to do my business.  Just continue to be consistent with me, so I can master my potty skills.
• LIKES/DISLIKES:  I like plush toys, rope toys, and enjoy chasing a tennis ball. I love cuddling with my people, and laps! I’m grateful for your love and attention and will give it back many times. / I wouldn’t be happy with a family that wasn’t patient and loving with me.
• MEDICAL:  I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed.
I am looking for a wonderful family to give me a loving home!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
