YOUR NEW FRIEND IS WAITING:  2 years old / 26 lbs.  Mostly Mutts adoption center is open Mon-Sat. 11-4pm.  I’m out of town and won’t be at adoptions for a short time, so please inquire at 770-272-6888 1st to find out when I’m available to meet.  Hi, my name’s Wagner!  I enjoy nice walks with the volunteers, and they have complimented me on my nice leash manners, so yay me!  I love my people, and don’t hesitate to find a nice lap when it is available.  The crate however is not my favorite place, as I would just rather be with you.  I'm starting to discover how fun toys are, so perhaps a few in my crate will make it more fun for me?  As a new student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, I am learning lots of great doggie skills that are sure to impress my new family. So far, I’ve mastered the ‘sit’ command. Check back soon to see my progress!  I take treats nicely, so my continued training should be fun for both of us. I’ve met some other dogs at MM’s, and I did not like the male dogs – if they got too interested in me or too close, I tried to bite them.  I had a more pawsitive reactions to the female dogs I met, so if you have a friendly female doggie at home, let’s meet to see if we can be pals.  I also met the shelter kitty, and we all agreed I should not live with kitty cats.  I’d be perfectly happy as an only pet too and I’ll provide you with all the doggie love and snuggles you need!  My potty habits are pretty good on the shelter schedule with just a few accidents, so please continue to be consistent with me, as that is the key to mastering my potty skills.  Please give me a little time to settle in and feel comfortable in my new home as in a temp. foster home I visited, I was a little nervous the first couple of days, but after I settled in, I enjoyed snuggling up to the whole family, and running zoomies in the backyard!  I met a nice 10-year-old boy and his younger sister at the MM shelter and did well with them, so a home with kids around 10 (or maybe a little younger) could be a good fit for me!  Just remember the kids shouldn’t walk me due to my dislike for male dogs.  Energy level: 4-6.  I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, neutered, and my adoption fee is $299.00 which also includes an engraved name tag, Martingale collar and leash.
