‘FROZEN’ THEMED PUPPY: 2 - 3 months old / Medium to large once full grown

Hi, my name is Gerda – one of the Frozen themed puppies! Our momma came to Mostly Mutts pregnant and gave birth to us shortly after her arrival. I have been growing and soaking up all the love in a great foster home, which I share with a couple of my siblings. We are now all ready to find great homes of our very own!

• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I love my siblings and would likely enjoy another dog to play with in my new home. Also, the dogs in my foster home have been great teachers when it comes to helping me learn my doggie manners. If you have a nice doggie that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / I haven’t met kitties yet, but I’m very young so I’d likely do well with them if they like puppies. / I haven’t met kids in my foster home, but I’d likely enjoy them as long as they are gentle with me. I am definitely in the rambunctious, ‘bitey’ stage when I play and have typically sharp puppy teeth, so best no toddlers or small children that I may playfully nip too much or bump over. Let’s meet!

• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: My foster describes me as the most adventurous pup of the crew. I am also the quickest to turn into a cuddler when you pick me up. It is like I transform into a snuggle bug the moment I’m in your arms. A typical puppy, I am very playful and active with my siblings and the other dog in my foster home. Please know that I’m a herding breed mix pup, so my natural instinct may be to herd things by nipping at their heels as I grow – kids, other pets, etc. It’s not a mean behavior – it’s instinct, so keep this in mind and give me an outlet to be active with you! / My energy level is currently 5-7 and it will likely increase as I grow, and I am most ready to expend energy after meal or nap time!

• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – including starting to train me not to chew on you and the kids so we’ll all be happy - so get ready for some training with your new best friend. My foster has attempted the ‘sit’ command with me, and they say I will likely take to my training quickly. Right now, though, my siblings and I are pretty distracted by the treat – lol. / For a puppy, my crate manners are good in my foster home, though I still have accidents in it. Consistent potty training will help with that. / My potty training has been going well in my foster home. I am the first one to pee when we go outside, then – being a ‘lady’ – I take my time finding the perfect place to poop. Please continue to be consistent with me on a good schedule, so I can completely master my potty skills.

• LIKES/DISLIKES: I love to play with my siblings and doggie friends. We have recently learned how to play tug of war, which certainly entertains my people. I also LOVE attention from people and will try and get attention by jumping on legs and nipping, which again, isn't very pleasant for them. I need an owner who is consistent with correcting this behavior, and it should lessen soon. Food, soft toys and a good chew toy are among my favorite things. Keep those chew toys handy, as I like to also chew on shoes, cords – basically, anything I can get my paws on - lol! / I can’t think of things I don’t like yet since I’m so young, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training.

• MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow. I’m also micro-chipped and spayed.

If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
