A FUN & VERY ACTIVE FRIEND:   10 months old /Currently 34 lbs.

Hello, my name is Libby - a pretty and sweet girl ready to meet you! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and I’m enjoying the fun I’m having and care I am receiving from the nice volunteers – just a sign of the love and good times to come when I find my furever family to be active with! I’m currently in the prison foster/training program offsite and learning so much! Please call 770-272-6888 to find out when I’m available to meet.

• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I played with a smaller male dog that was in a temporary foster home that I visited. I loved to chase him around and wrestle with him and he did too! I however showed a little resource guarding and felt that the toys/bones/food we’re all mine with the doggie, so you will want to watch for that, and MM’s can give you some tips. So, if you have a dog that would love to play, let’s meet / Cats unknown / I haven’t met kids yet but I am a young, energetic, high energy and pretty mouthy girl, so older dog savvy kids would likely be best and let’s meet!

• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I am a friendly and very playful girl with still enough puppy in me to be a bit mouthy when I play. (If you wear Eau de Bitter Apple, I do not mouth as much). My tail wags happily when I am spending time with people. I just love them! I can see myself going for hikes or perhaps even little runs. I have heard the volunteers say I am ‘a great dog’ after spending time with me, and I bet you will think so too / My energy level is high at 7-9, so I am looking forward to being very active with my family!

• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I’ll be learning lots of great doggie skills. I know the ‘sit’ and ‘down’ commands so far and will gladly give you a cute ‘shake’ with my paw. I walk well on my leash too and I’ve used a front clip harness and did well with that too, so I hope there are lots of great walks in our future as well as lots of fun training / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts and in my temp. foster home. / I have had good potty habits on the shelter schedule, but I did have just a couple of accidents in one of the temp. foster homes I visited.

• LIKES/DISLIKES: I love all toys and welcome a great play session with my people, especially if they get down on the floor to play with me! I also enjoy chewing on bones, so have some sturdy nyla bones handy for me. Running around in my temp. fosters back yard was fun too, so I can see myself playing in the yard with my people / An apartment/condo type home wouldn’t be a great fit as I need space to play and I did bark a bit when there. I would not like it if I did not get the exercise and attention, I need to be a happy girl.

• MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed.

If you’re looking for a fun energetic fur friend, come meet me! My adoption fee is $299.00, & I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
