IN SEARCH OF CUDDLES AND FUN:  4 years old / 35 lbs.  Mostly Mutts adoption center is open Mon-Sat. 11-4pm.  Some of us are in foster homes so please call 770-272-6888 1st to find out if I’m available to meet during the week.   Hi, I’m Pamela – a gentle, loving and playful girl whose puppy dog eyes are sure to melt your heart!  I came to Mostly Mutts with a good bit of hair loss along my back, but medicated baths already have my coat looking a bit better, and I am feeling better, too!  I’ll just need those baths for a little longer in my new home.  I also have 2 pressure callouses on my rear end, likely from having to sit on hard/concrete surfaces for long periods of time in whatever my former situation was.  I thrive on the attention I am getting from the volunteers who care for me and love nothing better than to crawl up in their laps for some petting and belly rubs.  I am always happy to see them and have the cutest little wiggle when I know they are coming to spend time with me.  My playful side comes out when there are toys around, and I am always ready for a game of fetch.  I have had good potty manners on the shelter schedule, so I hope that will be the case in my new home.  Likewise, my leash manners are pretty good with just a little jumping when I want your attention.  I will be working on this as a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program. I’ve already learned the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘come’, ‘down’, ‘sit up’, and ‘paw’ commands, and I’ll be learning lots more, so check back to see my progress!  I have met kids (age 10+) at the shelter, and we got along well.  So - kids around that age would likely be a good fit for me, I believe, though probably best no small children that I may bump over with my playfulness.  I’d like to be your only dog please.  Though I did alright with dogs at the shelter, especially males - in a home, we got into a scuffle that had to be broken up and realized that I don’t want to live with another dog full-time.  I also met a rabbit and we all agree that’s not a good match for me either.  I just know there is a place for me in a fun and loving family.  Perhaps yours?  Energy level: 5-7.  I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, spayed, and my adoption fee is $299.00 which also includes an engraved name tag, Martingale collar and leash.
