A FUN FURRY PLAYMATE: 2 years old / 28 lbs.
Hi there!  My name’s Roz!  Mostly Mutts came for me when I was at animal control with no home of my own.  I am grateful for that because now I just KNOW my furever family is out there! I got to spend some time in the prison foster/training program where I learned a lot and now, I’m ready to find my furever home!
• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I have liked the dogs I met at MM’s and get along great with the two male dogs in my foster home and love playing with them. The younger one will rough and tumble with me. The older one doesn’t really want to play even though I gently ask him throughout the day to see if he has changed his mind, hehe! so let’s meet / Cats unknown / I also haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over.
• PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I am lovable, energetic and playful, so make time for some great play sessions with me! My enthusiasm makes me a bit jumpy, but my foster mom is working with me on that as I listen very well and correct immediately by her saying ‘down’. / My energy level is 6-8, so I’ll want daily exercise.
• SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I’m a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts University training program, and I know the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘come’, ‘down’, ‘drop it’, ‘leave it’, and ‘go to your place’ commands as well as loose leash walking, proper door etiquette, and accepting friendly strangers without jumping / My crate manners are great as I lay in there quietly while my foster mom works. She does work from home, so I do get some potty breaks throughout the day.  If my family was gone during the day, I think I would do well in my crate.  However, I would want to spend time with my family in the evening to get all my missed playtime in!  / I have had a few potty accidents in my foster’s home but she says that she is also learning my potty habits so together, we are working on a schedule.
• LIKES/DISLIKES:  I like toys, enjoy getting attention and lots of petting from my people.  I love running in my foster’s backyard with the other dogs.  My foster mom says I hop when I run; I am just so cute! I have been going on runs with my foster mom and I am pretty good for a novice runner!  I stay by her side and keep pace.  I am a little timid as there were cars passing but I warmed up after a few minutes.  Going on walks or running with my new family would be the best! / I can’t think of any dislikes, but I am a social and loving girl, so I would not be happy if I did not get enough love, exercise, training and attention.
• MEDICAL:  I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed.
I am looking for an energetic family to continue my training and give me a loving, happy home!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
