Hi, my name is Shannon – one of the adorable Irish themed kittens! My brother and I came to Mostly Mutts as bottle-fed babies, but under the great care of our foster and a wonderful foster home, we are now thriving, happy kittens who are ready to find homes of our very own. We recently moved to the Kitty Room at the shelter, so make plans to come and meet me soon!
• OTHER CATS/DOGS/KIDS: I get along great with my sibling, and I have seen the cats who live in my foster home from a distance and had no reaction. I may enjoy another kitty in my new home. If you have a nice kitty at home who may enjoy a kitten friend, let’s meet! / Again, no reaction to the dog in my foster home when I have seen them from afar. I would likely do fine with a kitty-friendly dog in my new home. / Children in my new home may be nice, since I am a playful kitten. Best they are gentle and know how to handle a kitten, and – of course, let’s meet!
• PERSONALITY INFORMATION: I’m the smaller one of the two of us, but I am mighty when it comes to my feistiness. I take the lead and my brother follows. My foster vouches for the fact that we are both ‘very sweet kittens’. I am cuddly, playful and loving – just what a home needs: a dose of kitten love!
• SKILLS/LITTER TRAINED STATUS: I keep my area clean, as I am litter trained.
• LIKES/DISLIKES: My brother and I both love playing with mice and crinkly balls. We enjoy running in the tunnel and climbing on the cat tree. We both love to cuddle also. My brother is my best buddy, and we love to play together. We run and wrestle and have a great time! / I can’t think of any dislikes since I am a kitten, but I would not be happy if I did not get the love and attention all kitties deserve!
• MEDICAL: I’ve started my kitten shots, but you must finish those for me as I grow. I am microchipped. I'm not yet spayed due to my small size, but it is required and will be done as soon as I grow a little more. Mostly Mutts will cover that cost with one of their approved vets in the North Metro Atlanta area, so local adoption only.
