AFFORDABLE TRAINING FOR PUPPIES AND ADULT DOGS
Training is the foundation of a great relationship between you and your dog. Mostly Mutts offers affordable classes for puppies and adult dogs, led by experienced trainers who work with dogs of all temperaments, breeds, and sizes. Our classes focus on practical skills, clear communication, and building confidence for everyday life.

- Completed Questionnaire to help us learn about your dog’s needs.
- Retractable leashes are not allowed.
- Dogs must be current on age-appropriate vaccinations.
- Dogs over 6 months must be spayed or neutered.
- Well-behaved children 7 years and older are welcome to attend classes.
- Bring treats for your own dog for training. Treats should be high value. We recommend Pupperoni sticks cut into small 1/4-inch pieces.

Puppy Training
For: Puppies 4 months to 1 year

This introductory class helps puppies build a strong foundation through proper socialization, basic commands, and positive communication. We also address common puppy challenges such as potty training, chewing, teething, and jumping.

ADULT DOGS | 1 year and older
Adult Basic Obedience — Level 1
For: Dogs 1 year and older
Program: 4 weeks
Price: $99
Space: Limited to 5 dogs
This basic training class teaches you how to communicate effectively with your dog while building important everyday obedience skills. Training includes sit, stay, down, come, place, leave it, drop it, and leash walking. We also discuss common unwanted behaviors such as digging and jumping.

Adult Basic Obedience — Level 2
For: Dogs 1 year and older
Program: 4 weeks
Price: $99
Space: Limited to 4 dogs
Prerequisite: Completion of Basic Obedience
This advanced training class gives you and your dog the opportunity to work toward earning the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Certification while building on the skills you’ve already learned together.
We’ll strengthen your dog’s core obedience skills while introducing the three D’s—distance, duration, and distractions. Each week brings new challenges designed to help your dog stay focused, responsive, and successful in real-world situations.
Most importantly, this class is about building communication, strengthening your bond, and helping your dog become a more confident, calm, and well-mannered companion.

SPECIALTY CLASSES | Training for specific skills and needs
Reactivity Class
For: Dogs of all ages
Program: 3 weeks
Price: $99
This hands-on class helps you understand and manage your dog’s reactivity. You and your dog will learn practical techniques for handling reactions around people, children, animals, and vehicles, with the goal of improving communication and helping your dog remain calmer and more responsive in public situations.
Important: The third and final group class begins at 11:00 AM for all participants.

Each session is a 3-week course. The first two classes meet at your selected Saturday time; the third and final group class meets at 11:00 AM.
Enrichment Class
For: Dogs of all ages
Program: 4 weeks
Price: $99
Space: Limited to 3 dogs
Prerequisite: Puppy Class, Adult Basic Obedience Level 1, or higher
This four-week enrichment class is designed to strengthen your bond with your dog through fun, stimulating activities the whole family can enjoy. Activities include scent work, homemade puzzle games, Family Game Night, beginner agility, and more. The class focuses on teamwork, joyful learning, and creating positive experiences together.
Family Game Night: Week 3 is most fun with two attendees.
